Website enquiries

When you use our contact form, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, telephone number, company name, message and selected contact preferences. We also store the date and time of the enquiry, the page you submitted it from and, where available, the last page you visited before opening the contact form. This helps us understand which services and pages lead to enquiries.

To protect the form and investigate misuse, we also process limited technical information, such as IP address, browser user-agent and spam-check results.

Website Admin users

For authorised Admin users, we process name, email address, role, password hash, account status, password-reset records and session information. Passwords are not stored in readable form.

Where this happens, we will rely on an adequacy decision, approved contractual safeguards or another lawful transfer mechanism required by UK data-protection law.
